Director, owner and operator Graham Doody established Doody and Associates in 2013. Doody and Associates WMS are committed to providing sound and professional, recruitment, human resource, employee relations, and learning and development advice to the SA Childrens Services sector, NDIS Providers and small business owners and operators.

Graham is a Certified AHRI Professional Member (CAHRI), a Fellow and Certified Practising Manager of the Institute of Managers and Leaders ANZ (FIML. CPMgr.) and has more than 20 years of experience as an HR Practitioner working in a range of occupations within the state government and private sector.

While in the UK in 2011, Graham was selected to work with Mouchel PLC and work with a large corporate client in an Organisation Change Management Program. Graham then worked as an Associate Partner of CS Associates; a boutique Recruitment Agency located in the UK.

His work in the ECEC Sector spans some 15+ years working in the Department for Education and with Network SA until their closure, providing advice, support, training, and relevant referrals in relation to Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Management, Recruitment, Compliance, and legal accountability issues in the ECEC Sector.

Graham has also been working with NDIS Providers for the past 3 years and has quickly developed an understanding of his client's business to provide relevant advice and solutions to support those in the NDIS.

Graham has a keen interest in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Employee Performance Management and managing Employee Behaviour. He has also undertaken tertiary study in Organisational Development (the changes and improvement of the processes and structures that are part of HR's responsibility) and Organisational Behaviour (the behaviour of individuals who constitute the human elements of an organisation).
